In May 2025, this customer was referred by a manufacturer who had previously purchased and installed our products. The customer was using the product for home purposes and had seen our factory equipment, patent certificates, honors and qualifications, and test reports. They showed great interest in our products. We then performed an on-site installation and found that the customer's installation location and piping were suitable for our second-generation product. The two products have the same function; the difference lies in the outer shell material and the internal filter element.
